Patrick Paige II Of The Internet Stands Out With A “Whisper”
Bass player for the indie band The Internet, Patrick Paige II is making quite a name for himself as the group individually explores new ventures. Page is joined on the track by Allen Love, Steve Lacy & Durand Bernarr. The vocalist of The Internet Syd also appears in the video. This makes us feel good because even though the group has officially disbanded, they still make time to support each other on solo projects.
The video was directed by esteemed director Ethan Nelson. Nelson does projects for Calvin Klein and other musical groups such as Baby Boys, Jazz Ingram, and Jordana. The team went old school, channeling the vibes of a 70’s airplane ride in first class. Flying in the sky while playing a live show is always the way to go. The video is a stand-out for us because at the end of the video we get a changeup. Patrick blesses the record with bars of gold, ad-libbed by Syn.
