Video Spotlight: Working By Tate MCRae & Khalid
Canadian native Tate McRae hit us right in the sweet spot with this one. The new single “Working” with Khalid is a solid yellow brick road. On your way to Oz, the two artists sprinkle us with blessings. Charisma on camera comes from a special place and it’s a treat to see ultra-talented stars collab on the music they both love.
Matt Dillon Cohen directed the video. Cohen has worked with many musicians and knew exactly what to do. Tate said she wanted to make a fun song, and the team delivered on our favorite theme for the summer; simplicity. We love how the most intimate components of the video were left alone for us to enjoy. Seeing Khalid and McRae on-screen together blew a magic whistle for us that has us chirping for more.
